About us
The Inner Body Project is a community for people who want to explore personal growth through shared experience rather than instruction or hierarchy.
We bring together everyday people and experienced practitioners from a variety of backgrounds to share simple, grounded practices that have supported them in real life—such as breathwork, body awareness, meditation, movement, and other embodied or mindfulness-based approaches.
This is not a teaching space and not a performance space. Practitioners are not positioned as distant experts, but as participants sharing what they personally use in their own lives. Everyone in the collective takes part in the same space, regardless of experience level or background.
The focus is simple: try practices together, learn through direct experience, and support each other in becoming more present and aware in everyday life.
You are welcome whether you are new, curious, experienced, or simply exploring. Participation is always optional, and you are free to engage at your own pace.
If you have experience with practices that support wellbeing, embodiment, or personal growth and feel called to share them within a community setting, you are welcome to reach out. You can message the group or speak with us at an event if you are interested in participating as a practitioner in future gatherings.
This group provides tools, practices, and a supportive environment for exploration.
Each person is responsible for their own process, choices, and wellbeing. This community does not provide treatment or guarantee outcomes, and participation is always at your own discretion
