About us
We're İdil and Shipra — and we created this group because we know firsthand how exhausting it is to live with a loud inner critic. Our backgrounds are in psychology, Gestalt practice and mindfulness-based approaches, and over the years we've seen how powerful it can be when people come together to practise self-compassion in a shared space. These are everything we're most passionate about: guided meditation, evidence-based exercises, and real human connection, with no pressure, just a warm evening where you can slow down and start treating yourself a little differently.
