Turning Shadows Into Light – A Guided Healing Circle
This group offers a supportive, non-judgmental space for self-reflection, emotional growth, and meaningful human connection through guided shadow work.
Shadow work helps us explore hidden or suppressed parts of ourselves with compassion, allowing for greater self-understanding, emotional balance, and personal growth.
Meetings may include gentle guided exercises, reflection, and group discussion. Participation is always optional, and members are encouraged to move at their own pace.
This is not a therapy group, but it is facilitated by a licensed, trauma-informed counselor. Respect, confidentiality, and kindness are core values of this space.
