In this 2-hour experiential workshop, we will gently explore how abandonment wounds can shape emotional and relational patterns such as anxiety, people-pleasing, emotional shutdown, and fear of rejection.
These patterns are not flaws—they are survival responses developed by the nervous system to create safety in earlier experiences of disconnection.
Through guided reflection and somatic-based exercises, you will begin to:

  • Recognize your survival patterns with awareness and compassion
  • Understand how abandonment impacts your nervous system and relationships
  • Release emotional tension stored in these patterns
  • Build a deeper sense of internal safety and self-trust

This is a supportive, guided space for emotional healing and reconnection. No prior experience is needed—just openness to explore your inner world.
