Do you prioritize movement in your life (running, hiking, cycling, yoga, climbing) but want to bring that same intentionality to your inner world? This group is for people who honor both body and mind.
This is not a religious practice. We’re building community around mindfulness and the skills that help us show up more fully in our lives and with each other.
What to Expect:
Whether you’ve never meditated before or have an established practice, you’re welcome here. We’re building meditation skills together step by step.
Each Sunday, we gather for:
• Grounding practice to settle in
• Guided instruction on a specific meditation technique
• Time to practice what we just learned
• Community sharing: How’d the meditation go? What are you working through?
We build the practice gradually, no expectation that you already know what you’re doing.
Who This Is For:
You’re someone who values growth, shows up for yourself and others, and sees your life as interconnected with the world around you. Whether you’re brand new to meditation or have an established practice, you’re welcome here.
