What we’re about

The Inner Practice Lab is a virtual workshop series for healers, helpers, and creatives who spend a lot of energy caring, creating, and responding to the world, and want a place to tend their own inner lives. This is a space to slow down, reconnect with what matters, and build practices that support clarity, resilience, and sustainable motivation.

Each session weaves together short teachings, guided mindfulness practices, and reflective conversation focused on real-life application. We’ll explore mindfulness meditation, stress and nervous system awareness, values-based goal setting, and motivation that doesn’t rely on burnout or self-criticism.

This group welcomes both seasoned practitioners and curious beginners. There’s no pressure to optimize, fix, or perform. Just an experimental lab for inner work: practice, reflection, and shared learning with people who understand what it means to give a lot, and want to keep doing so with care and integrity.
