Mid-Month Mindfulness is a free, gentle, welcoming monthly gathering led by Chris Walton. It is designed to help you pause, reconnect, and cultivate greater awareness in your everyday life. This one-hour session (with a bit of flexibility to go over if the conversation flows) offers a supportive space to explore mindfulness—no prior experience needed!
### What We'll Cover:
- Introduction - A short overview of what mindfulness is and what it can bring to life.
- Guided Meditation (30 minutes) - I'll lead a gentle interactive mindfulness meditation called 'A Tour of The Senses', focusing awareness toward whatever arises in the present moment. This is the heart of the session - a chance to experience mindfulness directly.
- Mindful Chat - There is the opportunity for participants to share briefly (completely optional): Where are you already mindful in your life right now? What areas feel challenging? How could mindfulness help?
