What this is

This is our first Insiders retreat.

The idea is simple:
Take what we’ve been building—fun events, growing friendships, and the conversations from our Sit and Chats—and bring it all together for a weekend away.

A chance to step out of the day-to-day and into something a little more intentional.

What the weekend looks like

• Small group (capped at 12 guys)
• 100-acre property in the mountains
• Two lakes minutes away
• One group activity (SUP, kayaking, or mountain biking)
• Free time to explore, hike, run, or just relax
• Optional sunrise/sunset hikes
• Fireside conversations

All meals, snacks, and non-alcoholic beverages are included.

The experience

This isn’t just about getting away.

Most of us spend a lot of time moving forward—work, responsibilities, routines—without stepping back to ask if we’re actually aligned with what we want.

This weekend is designed to create that space.

Through a mix of time outdoors, shared experiences, and a few guided conversations, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Take inventory of where you are
• Identify what might be out of alignment
• Think more intentionally about what’s next

You can engage with that as much or as little as you want.

• Minutes from the lake
• Full renovated lodge
• Private rooms with bathrooms and patios
• Full access to the lodge - only Insiders
• All meals handled onsite (no cooking, no cleanup)

• Shared Room: $1,250
• Private Room: $1,850
