The Wines of Luigi Bosca, from Mendoza, Argentina

Details
Do you like a nice Malbec? The best-known ones come from Mendoza, high in the Argentinian Andes, where the Luigi Bosca winery is located.
However, Luigi Bosca does not restrict itself to Malbec. Oh, no! They also produce impressive Cabernet Sauvignons, Chardonnays and other varieties.
Tonight, we are delighted to have José Masot, Luigi Bosca's Brand Ambassador, join us to guide us through a selection of the wines they produce in the high valleys and then also export to this country.
José is visiting Scotland this week, working with Terroir Wines, a wholesale operation based in the Borders. We are lucky to get him to come and conduct a tasting for us, as his week is busy enough!
Attendance at the tasting costs £30 per person. Alternatively, membership of the Institute of Wines and Spirits Scotland (IWSS) is £180, permitting access to all 12 tastings of the season in Edinburgh and Glasgow. A single city membership is £100, allowing access to the 6 tastings in whichever city you select. We prefer to take payment in cash. Please make your payment upon arrival, unless you ask for our bank details, beforehand.
This evening will show us that while Mendoza's core focus is Malbec, there is much more than that to tempt the wine-lover. The different quality levels and diversity of grape variety choices will enable us to explore this viticultural area through aroma and flavour.
Your company will enhance the evening, and we look forward to meeting you, or seeing you again.
