The Angel Fine Wines Annual Portfolio tasting is the Saturday coming. It is always a busy event, offering as it does the opportunity to try more than 60 wines from around the world.
Davie Miller is the VP of the Institute of Wines and Spirits Scotland, and Angel Fine Wines is his side-hustle. Every year he holds a magnificent tasting in the Trades Hall in Glasgow to show the company's portfolio of wines.
Many of the IWSS regulars will be manning the tables, so please say "hello".
In addition to the wine there are nibbles, and there are there are flags (who would have thought the wines of so many countries could be in one room?).
