Tour U.S. Capitol Building

Details

Join us for an on-site visit to the U.S. Capitol Building, the seat of the United States Congress and a cornerstone of American government since 1800.

Date: Friday, July 26
Time: 2:00 PM
Location: U.S. Capitol Building
Limited Availability: 15 tickets

Did you know?
• The Capitol has its own subway system, originally built in 1909.
• The statue atop the dome, the Statue of Freedom, is 19.5 feet tall and weighs 15,000 pounds.
• The building has been burned, rebuilt, expanded, and reinforced multiple times — and remains one of the most architecturally complex structures in D.C.

We’ll meet at the Capitol Visitor Center and move as a group. Please plan for security screening and bring a valid ID.

Tickets are limited — if you reserve a spot, please make every effort to attend so we can make the most of the group allocation.

After the tour, we’ll head to a nearby café for intentional conversation — a chance to connect, reflect, and exchange ideas in a relaxed setting.
