The InterLight Society is a gathering place for seekers, healers, and creatives who feel called to explore spirituality in a grounded, experiential way.
We blend ancient wisdom and modern understanding. What I call the sacred sciences, to remember how awareness, energy, and embodiment weave together to form a whole human being. Our meetups include guided meditations, conscious discussion, gentle energy practices, and teachings drawn from spiritual anatomy, bioenergetics, and living mysticism.
This is a space for thinkers who feel deeply, for empaths who crave structure, and for anyone ready to move beyond dogma into direct experience.
You don’t need to “fit in” to be here, just bring your curiosity, your heart, and your willingness to grow. We gather to remember "the light you seek has always been within you."
