What we’re about
TIPDI (The International Partner Dance Intensive) is the umbrella name for a series of conservatory-style dance intensives for adults who love to move! Now in our 10th Year!
Our full TIPDI event features six dance forms - three partner dance forms and three solo dance forms. All participants take leveled classes in all six forms.
With all TIPDI events, the teaching staff works from a structured curriculum so that all participants are learning similar movement ideas across all forms. This structure ensures that we are able to accelerate improvement for every dancer that joins us!
Each class builds on the next - just as if you were in a professional training program or conservatory. At the same time, our events are joyous, rigorous, non-competitive, and geared towards adults. We have "serious fun" - but for an affordable fee, with a time-commitment that makes sense for adults with work and family responsibilities.
