Liquid Lounge AKA Liquid Laughs hosts The Underground Mic every Tuesday night. The free show starts at 8:00 PM but doors open for seating at 7:00 PM. If you want to show off some of your own material, sign up is at 7:30 PM! * This lounge is 21+ only and ID is required. * Let's be honest, staying out for two hours can be a long time for us introverts. Socializing in a low-lit environment and watching a comedy show afterwards with a bunch of comics is ideal. The event itself is free, extra expenses like food and drink are not catered or paid for by The Introverts Table-Thoughtfully Bold. The lounge is downtown, so be sure to plan parking ahead of time.
Brief introduction of everyone, then we will get right into everything planned. Soft music will play in the background, a laptop hook-up if needed, HDMI, and a screen. The event will have a small poetry workshop and poetry reading, and at the very end, if there is some time left, we will have card games to play around the tables and just chit-chat. The library asks if you have anything to drink to keep it in a bottle, and if you have snacks, have them in containers. No open food or drink. Please read how to find us.
Join us at Idaho Pizza Company for a relaxed evening of good food and conversation. Everyone will order their own meal since the menu includes create your own mini pizzas as well as other options (no group bill splitting). To keep things fun and flowing, please bring one icebreaker question because it obviously sparks conversation. Expect a welcoming atmosphere, no pressure, and plenty of time to enjoy dinner and connect with others. Reservation under Anna if you come in a bit later.
