What we’re about
It's Not What You Do, It's How You See
Hi, I'm Grace! I'm using Meetup to organize both in-person and virtual events. If you're interested in developing your intuition and exploring various modalities such as astrology, the Akashic Records, yoga, tarot, and Reiki, this group is for you.
My life transformed when I made a simple commitment to allow my intuition to guide me. Intuition is about self-trust, self-love, and deep understanding. It's choosing to listen and receive guidance. Like anything else, it's a practice—something we work on every day with each choice we make. My events are grounded in my core values: self-discovery, creativity, and curiosity.

This is a camping retreat for deep listening and self-discovery, guided by daily yoga, meditation, nature-based practices, and intentional community. If your life feels noisy or fast lately—if you’ve been on edge or stretched thin—this weekend is your reset.
We'll gather just 2.5 hours from Chicago under some of the darkest skies in the region. Fireflies will light up the trees, and the waxing crescent moon will greet us at night. It’s a weekend of realignment, presence, and nourishment.
### What to Expect
This is a back-to-basics camping retreat—no frills, just presence and practice. You’ll sleep in a tent, cook and eat together, and show up for yourself and others in community.
This retreat includes:- Yoga & meditation (accessible for all levels)
- Sound healing under the stars with Bri
- Fire ceremony & moon ritual
- Guided hikes through canyon landscapes
- Intuition workshops rooted in earth-based practices
- Silent mornings, solo time, and creative reflection
- Storytelling and connection around the fire
We’ll rise with the sun, rest when it gets dark, and move with the rhythm of the land. This is for folks who are ready to slow down and tune in.
### What’s Required
- Camping gear: You must bring your own tent, sleeping bag, mat, and essentials (full packing list provided upon registration).
- Transportation: You'll be responsible for getting to Apple River Canyon, though we’ll help facilitate carpooling.
- Openness: This is a phone-free (or low-tech) weekend. You’ll be invited to unplug and practice presence.
No yoga or camping experience is required. Just a willingness to show up fully and be with yourself.
