About us
Join a relaxed and fun cultural experience where we make a Japanese bento box together!
In this event, we will cook a simple homemade bento using organic vegetables from Awaji Island, one of the most famous farming areas near Osaka.
While cooking, I will also introduce some stories about Japanese food culture, daily life, and the meaning of bento in Japan. Feel free to ask questions and share your own culture too. This is a friendly space for conversation and cultural exchange.
After cooking, we will arrange our bento boxes nicely and enjoy eating together.
You will experience:
• Making a simple Japanese bento
• Learning about Japanese food culture
• Using organic vegetables from Awaji Island
• Relaxed conversation about Japan and daily life
No cooking experience needed. Everyone is welcome!
If the weather is nice during cherry blossom season, we might also enjoy our bento outside for a small hanami picnic 🌸.
I’m currently preparing a regular cooking experience, so this event is also a test event to meet people and share ideas.
Looking forward to meeting you!
