Customer Focused Requirements with Story Mapping

Story mapping is a process created by Jim Patton and published in his 2014 book User Story Mapping. Story mapping provides a shared understanding of the system being built, helping to generate requirements and build the initial product backlog.

This workshop includes building and refining a story map in groups, where attendees will gain insights into uncovering additional activities and streamlining processes.
