But before changing anything, you need to understand what is actually happening in the delivery system.

In this session, we’ll investigate a real example from a delivery team at an insurance company. You’ll see the same delivery data the team had and decide for yourself where you would investigate first.
Then we’ll reveal where the time was actually going, what the team discovered, what they changed, and what happened when they measured again.

Along the way, I’ll show you a simple process you can use with your own team.
