Learn a series of journaling techniques to help you more effectively learn to deal with those everyday stressors that happen in the fall. Learn to more effectively deal with procrastination, anxiety, brain fog, clutter and disorganization, and inevitable changes in life's rhythm.

In this 2 part workshop, you will learn a series of Journal to the Self techniques that will help you change your perspective about these stressors and learn to work with them so that you have more peace and ease in working with them.

We will be learning several journaling techniques, writing together and sharing our reflections.

Connect with a supportive community of like-minded individuals and embark on a journey of self-discovery as we write and reflect together.
All you need is your favorite writing instruments and paper/notebook!
