Discover the transformational benefits of listening and writing poetry and alongside journaling practice in a safe and supportive community.

We will write and reflect together, so come prepared to embark on a journey of self-discovery and connection with like-minded group members.
Whether you're a seasoned journaler or new to the practice, this event is for everyone. Sharing is encouraged and welcome, but is optional. All you need is your favorite writing instruments and paper/notebook.
