Are you pregnant, trying to become pregnant, or postpartum looking to start a meditation practice?

Let's discuss the benefits of meditation and different ways to incorporate peace and relaxation into your life and an easier way to get started in this small online workshop!

At the start of our gathering, we check in with how we're feeling and introduce ourselves. At around 8:15pm, I'll guide everyone with breathing exercises, answer any questions that pop up and we'll start the guided meditation. At the end, we'll discuss common "issues" that many people face when meditating, recommended times to meditate and more.

How to prepare for the event:
~ Use a comfortable chair that allows you to sit with a straight spine, such as a dining chair.
~If you feel comfortable using a meditation bench or cushion, please go ahead and use it.
~ Have a pillow or two nearby.
~ Wear comfortable clothes.

Price: This event is free with optional donation. Participants can donate via Venmo at the end.
