Life Flow Yoga

A system of healing and awakening, through:

Somatic Tantrik movement,
Chakra awakening,
5 Element Vinyasa
Mantra and Meditation
Breath guided awareness.
Sound, Light, Rainbow Prism of Awakening.

We will share inspiration, establish sam kalpa, invoke power, guidance and protection through mantra, tap into wisdom, melt our armor and dive into union with the source expressed through Tantrik dance and Vinyasa yoga., culminating in deep rest in the Natural Self, the Ground of Our Being.
