New Orleans Mastering the Art of Sensei Leadership

Join us for an afternoon dedicated to exploring what it really means to lead as a sensei in the judo community. Whether you're an experienced instructor looking to deepen your craft or someone newer to teaching who wants to learn from others doing this work, this gathering is for you. We'll create space to talk through the challenges and rewards of guiding students, share what's worked in our dojos, and learn from each other's experiences. This is a chance to connect with fellow senseis who understand the unique responsibility we carry as teachers and mentors.

We'll keep things conversational and grounded, focused on real situations and practical wisdom rather than theory. You'll leave with fresh perspectives, hopefully some new friendships within our sensei community, and a stronger sense of why this work matters. We're meeting right here in New Orleans, and we'd love to have you there whether you're local or visiting.

If this sounds like something you'd want to be part of, please go ahead and RSVP. It helps us plan for the right space and make sure we have what we need. Hope to see you there.
