This event will serve as a quick introduction to the group. Looking to identify skill levels to build the program and future workouts!
I use the CrossRope jump rope system, which utilizes interchangeable weighted cables.
This event will consist of an intro, warm up, lesson in safety and basic techniques, 15 minute workout, and a contest with a giveaway. Looking for at least 8 participants for a nice dynamic.
Come! Don’t hesitate or be afraid. We will have fun and get a great workout.
