Churchill High School Track

This event will serve as a quick introduction to the group. Looking to identify skill levels to build the program and future workouts!

I use the CrossRope jump rope system, which utilizes interchangeable weighted cables.

This event will consist of an intro, warm up, lesson in safety and basic techniques, and a 20 minute workout. Looking for at least 4 participants for a nice dynamic.

Come! Don’t hesitate or be afraid. We will have fun and get a great workout. Will set up a zoom call if people just want to join for the intro.
