The Kensington & Chelsea Property Group

The Kensington & Chelsea Property Group (KCPG) is an independent Meetup Group.

It has previously included a monthly event for like-minded property professionals; property investors, developers, architects, planning consultants, interior designers, lawyers, accountants and IFAs. Every month there were different speakers and the event covered various topics from a range of industry speakers.

KCPG is now hosted by Andy Bargery.

While we figure out what to do with the KCPG Meetup, after the excellent job Jane and Neil did in establishing the Group, here's a little about Andy:

Andy started investing in property in 2016 after a long and successful career in marketing. He started by sourcing investment opportunities in London, Bedford and Northampton, which he sold to a network of investors.

After a few years, he was then joined in the business by his brother Matt, who is an architect with experience in high-end residential and hospitality. Between them, they have acquired a small portfolio of single lets, a hotel (which they later sold) and have founded an architecture studio called Modern Architecture Workshop. They also set up a serviced accommodation business called Butler & Noble, which sadly was unsuccessful and closed just before the pandemic.

Andy and Matt plan to continue building their portfolio of properties and to start using their expertise to develop new properties. They are particularly interested in low-energy and high-quality housing schemes.
