This month at The Kind Body Club, we’re exploring what exercise can give us when it’s not about appearance.

We’ll move through a circuit session designed to notice how movement makes us feel, not how we look. The session is adaptable whether it’s your first time trying circuits or you’ve done them before — everyone’s encouraged to move at their own pace. Expect sweat, laughter, and encouragement (comparison stays at the door!).

Afterwards, we’ll slow down with tea and group reflection, leaving space to explore what exercise can bring beyond appearance or performance goals.

👟 Bring: runners, layers for the weather, water, and anything you need to feel comfortable
