The Kind Body Club: A Kind Start to the Year
Details
Join us for a gentle yoga and reflection session to begin the year by slowing down and checking in.
We’ll move through a gentle, energising yoga practice focused on breath and simple movement, followed by time to reflect and journal on what you want to carry into the year ahead. Ending with some warm tea and time to chat! The session is inspired by yoga philosophy and the practice of self-study - turning towards ourselves.
If you’re craving a grounded, thoughtful way to begin the year, we’d love to start the year off with you :)
