If you are an Anglophile, a fan of British film, music, comedy, or the royal family, a proponent of the Westminster system of government, or simply an ordinary American who is sick of political gridlock and our unstable republican system of government, we welcome you with open arms to our casual, unstructured, freewheeling and irreverent discussion of all things UK and America, which is held in a cosy cafe near the Morse red line station with plenty of seating and privacy. Please come if great, funny and interesting conversation in general is one of your treasured pastimes.

The event is hosted by Jupiter Brown, the self-appointed Lieutenant Governor of British North America, a micronation which is mildly serious about the return of the rule of the British Crown over this fair land which was stolen from us by the rebels of the United States.

Consider swearing-in as a citizen of British North America. Newly made citizens in this group will likely be appointed as members of His Majesty’s government so that, with your help, the reach and activities of this group may be expanded. This event will serve as a springboard for future discussions and hangouts, film screenings, satirical public demonstrations and more, and you can help us determine the direction of this fledgling society.
