Come connect with nature and community through two powerful practices: meditation and paddle boarding. Each meetup begins with a 30-minute guided meditation, offering a chance to experience mindfulness in a natural setting. Then, we transition to the water for 1.5 hours of paddle boarding—a peaceful way to enjoy the outdoors with like-minded people.
🌿 What to Expect:
- 30 minutes of guided, outdoor meditation (open to all levels)
- 1.5 hours of paddle boarding (no instructions provided, basic paddling ability expected)
- Time to be present, move, and connect in a low-key, welcoming space
🛶 Please Note:
- Participants are responsible for bringing or arranging their own paddle board and gear. If you plan to rent equipment, rentals are available at Meydenbauer Bay (https://www.bestkayakrentals.com/) you can get them after the meditation concludes at 6:40pm.
- If you're bringing your own paddle board, please bring it with you when you arrive. We’ll take a few minutes to get settled, and meditation will begin promptly at 6:10 PM.
- You voluntarily assume responsibility for your own safety, we highly recommend using a life jacket for paddle boarding
