Details

Dawn of the Oak is a group that was started in 2009 as an interface for people in London UK from different Pagan and occult paths to exchange and discuss ideas and to create a safe space for newcomers to come and find information about the London Pagan scene. Meetings are held in The Sir John Oldcastle, a Wetherspoons pub, next to Farringdon Station, from 3 to 7pm, on the 3rd Sunday of every month for socialising and discussion on all aspects of Paganism, Wicca and witchcraft, Heathen and Druid beliefs and other esoteric groups. The meetings are open to all with a genuine and respectful interest in Pagan and occult matters; the atmosphere is relaxed and informal, there is no entry fee and you can be assured of a warm and friendly welcome from the regulars whatever your level of knowledge. There is an A4 notice with our logo showing which table we are using and the bar staff can point you in our direction. They have wheelchair ramps for the few steps into the bar and the staff are always helpful.
