About us

Hi! I am sort of new in town. Seeing that I am in the cultural capital of India, with world renowned heavy-weights in every creative field known, from Satyajit Ray to Manna Dey and Jamini Roy to Tagore and Usha Uthup to Uday Shankar and P.C Sorcar to Feluda… I would love to meet the 21st century Creatives of Kolkata.

We could gather and visit the Indian museum marvelling at the Egyptian Mummy and all the other wonderful stuff hoarded there, or you could take us to your favourite art gallery, or if possible a rehearsal for your upcoming performance, or we could just sit under The Banyan at the Botanical Gardens and eat jhal muri and recite and or show our WIP poetry/novels/plays/paintings/sketches/plans etc. and take each others honest opinions.

Venue and activity suggestions are most welcome. But please submit your suggestions 1 week in advance so that enough people can get their yays and nays in.
You are expected to pay for yourself, for all expenses incurred by you. Including food and venue.
Be civil, especially if and when you ask for/ or are asked for your critique or opinion.
