True self-love isn't just about soft moments; it’s about the courageous act of drawing lines that preserve our energy, time, and mental well-being. This month at the LA Curiosity Collective, we are exploring the bridge between boundaries and belonging.

### What to Expect

In this 60-minute virtual gathering, we will hold space for both self-exploration and curiosity. Whether you are a boundary-setting pro or find it difficult to say "no," this is a judgment-free zone to explore your needs.

• Guided Meditation: A centered practice focused on identifying your personal "energetic perimeter."
• Reflective Journaling: Prompts to help you identify where your boundaries might be porous and where they are serving you.
• Community Check-in: An open (and optional) share-space to discuss our wins and challenges with the collective.
• Actionable Tools: Leave with one "Boundary Phrase" to help you navigate the month with grace.

In this Deep Dive, we are moving past the "scripts" and "rules" to explore the internal landscape of the people-pleaser. You will learn how to transform the guilt of a "no" into the clarity of a "yes" to yourself.

• The Somatic of Guilt: Why saying "no" often feels like a physical contraction. We will deconstruct why our bodies interpret boundary-setting as a threat to our safety.
• Walls vs. Boundaries: Understanding the energetic difference.
• The Wall: Built out of fear, designed to shut people out.
• The Boundary: Built out of love, designed to show people where the "property line" is so they know how to interact with you safely.
• The Resonance Paradox: Why people-pleasing actually creates distance and "noise" in relationships, while clear boundaries create the resonance and true intimacy we actually crave.
