It all starts with Intention. Intention is that inner force that makes the magic happen in your life. So, let's join together to bring our most authentic intentions to life and anchor them deep within our being.

In this complimentary session, we will:

• Reflect with Curiosity: Use gentle journaling prompts (bring a notebook!) to uncover the themes and desires that are truly calling to you for the year ahead.
• Ground the Intention: Engage in a 30-minute guided meditation designed to deeply root your chosen intention in your body, moving it from a hopeful thought to a resilient inner commitment.
• Make it stick: Learn to approach your intentions with compassion, with tips to ensuring they stick throughout the year.
