Join us this month for a gentle and nurturing Guided Meditation and Check-In as we explore the theme of Self-Compassion. Together we'll get honest about the way we talk to ourselves and practice replacing that inner critic with something a little more kind, a little more true, and a whole lot more healing.
This session is designed to help you:
- Recognize the ways you've been harder on yourself than you would ever be on someone you love.
- Cultivate a softer, more compassionate inner voice not as a weakness, but as a practice of radical self-respect.
- Reflect on what it would feel like to actually be on your own side.
We'll begin with a brief check-in to connect as a group, followed by a guided meditation to help you embody the practice of Self-Compassion. Afterward we'll share reflections and insights in a safe, supportive space.
Whether you're exhausted from holding everything together, struggling with self-criticism, or simply ready to treat yourself the way you treat the people you love, this session is for you.
Let's breathe, soften, and come home to ourselves together.

• A comfortable space to sit or lie down for meditation.
