Deep Dive: I Am Enough Worthiness as a Daily Practice
Details
Have you ever wondered how much of your day are you spend proving that you are enough?
In your work. In your relationships. In the way you push yourself, over-explain yourself, say yes when you mean no, and hold back the parts of yourself that feel like too much or not enough.
Most of us were never taught that we are already worthy. We were taught to earn it. To perform it. To achieve our way into it. And somewhere along the way that lesson got so deep in our bones that we stopped questioning it.
This month we are questioning it. Together.
Join us for this month's Deep Dive Conversation as we explore Worthiness not as something to achieve but as something to remember. Because you are not working toward worthy. You already are. The practice is learning to live like it.
In this interactive session we'll:
- Get honest about where the "not enough" story came from and why it made sense at the time
- Unpack what worthiness actually is and why it has nothing to do with what you achieve, produce or perform
- Explore the difference between conditional worth (I am enough when...) and unconditional worth (I am enough. Full stop.)
- Share practical tools for practicing worthiness in your everyday life, in how you speak to yourself, how you rest, how you receive
- Reflect on what becomes possible when you stop spending energy trying to prove yourself
This is a real conversation in a safe space. No performing. No proving. Just honest humans figuring out how to actually believe they are enough.
What to Bring:
• A journal or notebook (optional, for reflections).
