The Connecting Inner Voices begins with a powerful first session that introduces you to an empowering journey of self-discovery and personal growth. In this one-hour class, you’ll get a glimpse of how the program supports individuals in reconnecting with themselves, building confidence, and finding greater clarity in life.
The opening session is a welcoming opportunity to step away from the busyness of your day-to-day life, and begin to tune into what is happening inside. The first hour of the Connecting Inner Voices Program is intended for you to have the experience of the program model and integrity, while also testing what it feels like to start listening to your inner voice safely and positively.
This is the first session of the full 8-week course, designed to inspire you and give you a sense of what’s possible as you reconnect with your authentic self.
