Interior products included window coverings, home organization solutions, cabinets, and flooring for the garage. The projects included single family rental properties to working with regional builders. Is a national direct lender. We provide loans for real estate investors. Our customers include home builders, mortgage brokers, or real estate investors all doing non-owner-occupied properties. LEND Investors Capital provides rental loans for long & short-term financing, fix & flip loans, and new construction loans for residential investors across the country. LEND has programs that are dominating the space for fix & flip and ground up construction. We offer 95% LTC for most of our short-term loans based on experience.
