This space is for therapists, associates, grad students, and other mental health folks who need a breather—no fixing, no pressure. Just coffee, connection, and people who really get it. I’m Sydney (AMFT), and I started this group because the work can be beautiful—and also deeply isolating. Let’s land together, laugh a little, and remember we’re not alone.
