What we’re about

This group is for Large Format photographers who wish to network and brainstorm with other LF film photographers. Come and show off your large format view/field or monorail camera! Photographers who are new to LF are welcome as are those who are established and happy to pass on advice to those just starting out.

It doesn't matter what you shoot, whether it's landscape, portrait, architecture or still life etc, as long as you're shooting LF or MF film but not digital.

Also welcome are creatives who work with alternative printing processes such as photogravures, cynotypes, daguerreotypes, wet plate collodion etc. This meetup will digest and discuss all fine-art processes.

The aim is to meet and talk shop, help each other with information and tips, show current work and inspire each other.

As the digital world storms into the future, this will be a support group for those in the Los Angeles greater area interested instead with analogue.
