What we’re about

How much time have you waisted re-arranging your calendar hoping to make that ride only to find out that you were excluded once again? Let's fix that! This group is organized to be able to ride when you are left out from your cycling club.

It is really just a social network to join independent people who like to ride together.

Ideally, we would be a maximum of 6 riders, including myself. The rides could be 20+ miles and the pace would be ez-to-moderate. Riders must be comfortable to riding in the street and share space with cars. The rides will not have a "sweeper" or "point & drop", although the aim is to stay a compact group with no lost riders.

Usually, I don't expect to stop for lunch, although we could decide to have lunch at end of the ride, and there will be few bathroom breaks depending on the distance covered.

I have been riding fast motorcycles in the narrow streets of the chaotic and "unregulated" city of Rome, Italy, for most of my life and can give you a few good advices about urban cycling. I suggest the participants of this group's events to follow cycling street rules and regulations, wear a helmet, and apply good judgment and caution.

Anyone can take the bike and ride for an hour. It is more fun when we can do it together!
