What we’re about

The Last Minute Cycling Club is a relaxed, community-focused riding group where the emphasis is on enjoying the ride and the company of fellow cyclists rather than chasing speed or distance goals.

We welcome riders of all levels who value easygoing group rides, good conversation, and the shared joy of being on two wheels. True to our name, we keep things flexible and spontaneous—perfect for those who like to hop on a bike at the last minute and roll wherever the road takes us. Whether it’s a spin through the city, a cruise along the waterfront, or a casual brewery stop, every ride is about connection, fresh air, and fun.

Anyone can take the bike and ride for an hour. It is more fun when we can do it together!

Zeus on Wheels!
Brewster Train Station, Main st, Brewster, NY, US
Enjoy a scenic and relaxed bike ride from Brewster to Zeus Brewery in Poughkeepsie, NY, ideal for every cycling skill level. The route is about 40 miles long and 90% on paved trails with an easy pace throughout, featuring only a moderate set of hills around mile 8 to add a bit of variety while still being approachable for all riders.

We'll meet in Brewster by 10AM—take the Metro North from Grand Central Station direction Southeast at 8:14AM or drive in, any bike or vehicle is welcome. Please bring your helmet, front and rear lights, snacks, water, and a jacket to stay comfortable during the ride. This is a group ride focused on enjoyment and the camaraderie of riding together; it's not a race, and the emphasis is on having a pleasant, social experience as we travel through the beautiful Hudson Valley.

As a scout ride, we reserve the option to adjust the route if any safety concerns arise. The ride will be canceled in case of poor weather. Join us for a memorable, relaxed day on the trail, finishing with a refreshing stop at Zeus Brewery—your chance to combine great scenery, casual cycling, and new friends in one easygoing adventure.
