Writing @ the Juice Shop *** Chingford **

We will be running a writing event in what used to be our family-run business. Now a coffee house and Juice Shop love believes in creativity.

These sessions are self-run. This space is reserved for writers. With or without the event manager the space is filled with other writers, all writing.

Once you book it, just turn up and write!

These sessions are set up to create accountability and as writing is such a solo endeavour it is there to meet others with similar goals.

This writing workshop is created to encourage writers of all levels. I have been running similar sessions for 5 years. Writing workshops have been great opportunities for writers to spend concentrated time on the pieces. We do not run feedback sessions but these groups create the opportunity for writers to share their work with others in a social environment. It can take away the loneliness out of writing and create a fantastic opportunity to meet other writers. Not to mention the contagious effects of writing in silence alongside others.

The structure of the session will consist of a short greeting, followed by writing in silence. At the end of the 2 hours, writers it and socialise.

I look forward to meeting all who want to come along, if at times I am not there talk to the other writers. This is an opportunity for you to write, i hope you enjoy and get lots of writing done.
