The Zoom link for private access to our online live-streamed event will be visible on the right side of this page when you RSVP to join us. RSVP cutoff is 24 hours prior to the event.

If you are new to Zoom please familiarize yourself to the platform prior to Saturday’s event. I will not be able to assist you once the event starts.

Event Guidelines: This event will be recorded. You will not appear in the video. Your audio will be muted during the presentation, except for group sharing and feedback.

This is a group experience which means you must be able to participate with video turned on.

Please note that we have participants who come join us who are not part of MeetUp which means that the RSVP's reflected on the class MeetUp page is less than the actual number of class participants.

After each class, should you wish to participate, we will also have a small group healing circle designed to reset you mind, body, and soul.

A pencil or pen and a notebook if you want to take notes, and a positive mind set is suggested.
