We’re heading out for a stunning (and spicy 🌶️) adventure from Bob Bear Trail down to Fossil Creek Falls!
This is a hard-rated hike (~9 miles total) with a ~1500 ft descent to the falls. Once we make it down, we’ll hang out, swim, and enjoy a well-earned picnic by the water 💦
BUT—and she’s a big but—after all that bliss, we’ll be hiking ~4 miles back UP with ~1500 ft elevation gain. So come mentally and physically ready to earn your waterfall moment.

Logistics:
We have 3 permitted vehicles, so carpooling is required
Meet at We Ko Pa Casino by 8 AM sharp (we’ll head out shortly after)
Drive time is about 1.5 hours to the trailhead

What to Bring:
Plenty of water + electrolytes (more than you think you need)
Good hiking shoes (traction is your friend)
Swimwear + towel
Snacks or picnic items
Sunscreen, hat, etc.
Dry bag if you want to keep items safe near water
