Although I was not fired, the result was the same. My role was made redundant and I did not have an income anymore. How am I going to pay my house, kids school fees, how am I going to tell other people?

I would love to share my personal journey on how to manage and lead through tough times especially when you are personally affected.

Ever went to the supermarket to buy some eggs, and came back with milk, chocolate, cereal, razors and no eggs insight?
Ever held a 1:1 with a report and your mind kept drifting off as they were speaking to you?

More and more of our jobs and lives are made up of hundreds of e-mails, texts and commitments with no flex left to ignore a single request, complaint, or communication from company or family. It’s almost impossible to keep up. But have you ever thought that there could be a way to organise it all and stay on top of the madness?

In this talk I will introduce to you what I have found to be the missing piece in our culture of knowledge work: a trusted system of behaviours and tools that functions effectively at every level of your needs. It won’t only help you get out of your own mind, but also unlocks your most creative self and your ability to stay present in the moment with a clear mind at ease.
