The Lean Firm

Our goal: help owners and partners of Dallas–Fort Worth professional-services firms run leaner — reclaim the hours lost to admin, tighten up billing and cash flow, and grow without simply hiring more people to do repetitive work.

Who we want to meet: owners, partners, practice managers, and operations leads at DFW law firms, accounting and bookkeeping practices, agencies, and consultancies. This is a peer circle for people who run firms — not a venue for vendors, recruiters, or salespeople to prospect, so everyone can speak openly.

What we do: we meet monthly for a working roundtable — no slideshows, no pitches. Bring one process that's eating your week and we'll map where firms lose time and how others have fixed it, including real before-and-after examples. You'll leave every session with at least one concrete idea you can use, and a small circle of other owners who get it.
