3-Part Workshop at Bandimere Speedway

Details
This EXCLUSIVE 3-part workshop will give you the tools and knowledge to capture the fast moving world of drag racing at Bandimere Speedway in Morrison, Colorado.
Bandimere Speedway is one of the most prestigious racetracks around the country for its natural features and views that it delivers on the side of the hogback of the Rocky Mountains. It is one of two NHRA national event tracks to have an all-concrete race surface and 350-foot beyond the finish line.
Our workshop will begin with a virtual Online seminar on how to set up your focus, shutter speed and aperture to capture cars on the starting line and as they race down the track.
Part two of this workshop will give you up to 3 hours of trackside Access to photograph these cars in action. From Track-side to the staging lanes, the angles and opportunities will be endless. We will have four capture points located around the track and each group will be accompanied by an instructor to assist and help you capture your best shots. Typically these capture locations are only available to the tracks' staff photographer. This part of the workshop will require walking of up to 1 mile and for one of the shooting stations about 60 steps to get to the top of the stands. Be sure to bring your good comfortable shoes.
To conclude this workshop we will invite you to submit 2 of your favorite images to the instructor and we will share them at our virtual Gallery and Critique evening to celebrate each others work.
This workshop is limited to 21 attendees and is $299 for the full three part workshop. Registration closes May 28.
