What we’re about
Led by Steve Repasky, an EAS Certified Master Beekeeper, author and president of the PA State Beekeepers Association, the focus of this group is to bring to the forefront the tasks and issues of keeping bees on a month to month basis. Time is spent inspecting hives and discussing what is found and how to tackle various problems that may arise. as well as tips, tricks and methods for various management styles throughout the year. Trends in beekeeping and management techniques are discussed as well as topics like showing honey, processing beeswax and more! We average over 40 beekeepers at our meetings, so you will have an opportunity to meet and share experiences with a number of beekeepers!
