The Liberators: Unleash Scrum in Your Organization

The Liberators (Barry Overeem & Christiaan Verwijs) created the Scrum Team Survey to support Scrum and other Agile teams in their continuous improvement loop. The first step in that loop is to create transparency around where you are right now, and then to work together as a team to identify improvements and make adaptations.

During this meetup, Barry Overeem will facilitate a workshop that is built on the factors of the survey. You don't have to prepare anything. Also, no specific knowledge is required.

During the workshop, we will use:

• Appreciative Interviews to share success stories from the past
• UX Fishbowl to learn more about Scrum team effectiveness and the related scientific research
• Ecocycle Planning to create transparency about the present
• Impromptu Networking to share your findings
• 15% Solutions to identify improvements for the nearby future
