Each meetup we take one operational challenge — sales, growth scheduling, follow-ups, bookkeeping, hiring, winning back customers — and dig into the systems and AI automations and technology that solve it, together.

Who it's for: Anyone who owns or aspires to own a business. Specifically if you $0–$1M in annual revenue — solo operators just starting out, up to ~20-person shops pushing toward seven figures. Retail, restaurants, trades, services. If the business can't run without you yet, you're in the right room. Beginners welcome; curiosity required.
