About us
These meetups are sponsored by Project Peace, an Australian not-for-profit co-founded by leaders across Europe and Australia, dedicated to creating lasting human change. The Suited Monk philosophy is Project Peace's delivery methodology.
Some of us want to be successful, some of us just want to live a happy life. Why not have both? The Suited Monk brings together the best of both worlds by integrating happiness and success. A modern philosophy for living a balanced and integrated life.
Each week, we discuss a topic from the Suited Monk philosophy. Then we explore as a group through discussion how to apply it in our own lives better.
This group is dedicated to stimulating our own self-awareness through group discussions and identifying areas to improve to master our own self-actualisation.
Please have a journal or notebook ready, you will want to take lots of notes!
Looking forward to communing with you!

Letting Go of Relationships That Don't Serve You
·OnlineOnlineWEEKLY ONLINE MEETUP:
Why tread your mental, emotional and internal journey alone? Come and let´s share and explore the depth of our soul´s journey back home together. In each session, we use the Suited Monk Philosophy and framework to guide us on our journey. In this week´s Meetup, we explore:
Q1. When do you need to heal a relationship and when is it time to let go?
Q2. Why is staying in relationships out of guilt, habit, or conflict-avoidance an ineffective strategy — and what does it do to the gap?
Q3. Why would consciously choosing your relationships be more powerful than just tolerating negative ones — what happens to the gap when your inner circle actually aligns with your Monk?
Q4. How do you live so that you stop unconsciously creating relationships that widen the gap from the start?
Q5. What would it actually cost you to close this gap in your relationships?Gain new awareness about any changes you want to make in your life and career

- Sharing: people sharing personal experiences and insights related to the topic while getting feedback and insights from the group

Q3. Why would saying no from a place of clarity rather than fear be more powerful — and what shifts in the gap when you do?
Q4. What does every yes you didn't mean to, end up costing you?Gain new awareness about any changes you want to make in your life and career
